We are seeking to appoint a Trauma Informed Programme Manager to lead our ambitious plan to make Crossroads Care SEL a trauma informed and trauma responsive organisation.
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level with excellent project management and communication skills and the ability to design and deliver high quality training.
Our aim is to become genuinely trauma-informed and healing centred so this new approach must be embedded in all levels of the organisation to support our staff as well as our service users.
The Trauma Informed Programme Manager will deliver training within and outside of the organisation; will develop and maintain trauma associated policies/ guidance, and lead on the achievement of a National Trauma Informed Quality standard.
The successful applicant will work closely with our Senior Management Team and Trauma Therapist, providing detailed information to support any practical or therapy-based interventions to help the recovery and healing of trauma as part of our suite of interventions to our beneficiaries.
