Role Description

​ Job Role Overview 

  • We have a Project Worker roles available on a very exciting project we will be running over Summer to strengthen Bromley Mental Health service user’s voices by giving them a platform to feed in insight through their lived experiences around the services they use.
  • This work will support, influence and shape the Bromley Transformation Project and future service provision in the borough.
  • We will be leading from a peer-led approach to deliver accessible engagement events. 

We are looking for someone with:

  • Lived experience of disability or mental health issues
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • A keen eye for detail when collecting / inputting data
  • Able to engage people from diverse backgrounds with a range of access needs / disabilities, as well as professional stakeholders, working in a co-productive way.

  • Has lived experience of Disability (we include Mental Health issues and Neurodivergent when we say disability)? 
  • Enjoys working as part of a team? 
  • Is passionate about strengthening the voices of Deaf and disabled people and improving Mental Health services in Bromley?
