Role Description

BVSC are seeking a Community Connect Admin, who is organised, proactive and passionate about improving health and wellbeing within Bexley. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our phone line, triaging referrals and providing support to the wider social prescribing team, Community Connect. 
 

Closing date for applications is 9am Monday 28th April 2025.  

Interviews are likely to be held on Wednesday 7th May 2025.
