This session will be held over Zoom by our Impact Officer, Karen Jefferys. Karen has been working in the voluntary sector for 20 years, 15 of those involved understanding monitoring terms like these and 6 of these years were in the borough of Bexley.

- Person responsible for fundraising
- Trustees
- Beneficiaries that you want to involve in your work
