Building Your Leadership

We work through five-core areas of leadership and you leave with practical tips that you can use to develop your leadership qualities.

During this workshop, you literally learn how to build your leadership qualities and we use interesting tools like building bricks, gamification, group discussions, and self- reflection. If you want to learn more about how to lead with confidence, in your own unique way, then please come along.

During this session you will:

1.     Explain what is leadership and identify your own leadership style

2.     Explore the complexity of leadership (what leadership looks like in practice)

3.     Reflect on how to balance leadership theories and concepts with your day to day practices

4.     Consider practical tips and tools to support you to develop your leadership qualities

The Facilitator will deliver this workshop using an interesting mixture of digital learning, face-to-face presented information, gamification, building bricks, group discussions, and self-reflection. We want to enhance your critical and creative thinking, whilst giving you the opportunity to experience the challenges and benefits of leadership.
