Volunteer Co-ordinators Network

Registration is closed for this event
The Network meeting is a great opportunity for everybody who manages, supports or co-ordinates volunteers to get together and share ideas, practice and knowledge.

If your role includes working with and supporting volunteers within your organisation, whether you are an employee or a volunteer yourself, you may find the network meetings useful. At each network meeting we will share any important news, either local or national, as well as give time for other topics that you feel may be of benefit.  There will be opportunity for you as a Volunteer Manager/Coordinator to bring your own issues to the table and to highlight any new or existing developments.

Our aim is to ensure that volunteer involving organisations have a place for guidance, mutual support and information that can enable them to support their volunteers and improve the experiences of all parties.

Our main aims for the Network are:

  • To provide a support network for volunteer co-ordinators
  • To raise awareness of volunteering related issues and work together to identify solutions
  • To  provide opportunity for networking and collaboration between local voluntary organisations and groups
  • To share good practice and offer further support

If you have a suggestion for the agenda or there is something that you feel you need guidance on from the network then please email your ideas to us at bexleyvc@bvsc.co.uk
