Proving how your Voluntary and Community organisation makes a difference post Covid, Part 1: Outputs, outcomes, Impact

Registration is closed for this event
Covid has changed things for many of Bexley's voluntary and community groups. As you create new projects, or adapt them, how can you check whether they are making the difference that you want them to?

Trusts and givers want to know that their money makes a difference, but how do you prove it? This 1 hour whistle stop tour will help you understand the terms funders use, and hopefully help you unlock their funds so that you can continue to make a difference.

Learn and apply definitions for:

  • Outputs
  • Outcomes
  • Impact
  • Activities
  • Inputs
  • Outputs
  • Key Perfomance Indicators (KPIs)

This session will be held over Zoom by our Impact Officer, Karen Jefferys. Karen has been working in the voluntary sector for 20 years, 15 of those involved understanding monitoring terms like these and 6 of these years were in the borough of Bexley.

This session is suitable for:

  • Staff and volunteers
  • Project workers
  • Person responsible for fundraising
  • Trustees
  • Beneficiaries that you want to involve in your work

All of whom can benefit from having a basic knowledge of what these words mean in our sector, so invite them along. It's not every day there's a free course!

Thank you to the City of London Corporation’s charity, City Bridge Trust for making this training possible.

We would like to take some photos of the session for use in publicity and reporting. Please say if you would prefer not to be photographed (or disable your Zoom camera).
