How to give us feedback

We welcome comments, suggestions, compliments and complaints. The feedback we get from individuals and organisations helps us improve our services. We do run occasional surveys for volunteers and for volunteer-involving organisations, but you can also contact us directly. You can address your messages to our Volunteer Centre Coordinator, Mark Restall: mrestall@bvsc.co.uk, or 01322 524682. Please note that Mark is part time, working on Mondays, Tuesdays and Friday mornings.

If you have a complaint, and believe it should be formally addressed, we do have a complaints procedure in place in order to deal with issues fairly, openly and consistently.
