Developing Cultural Humility

Trainer:  Mabadiliko – offer a unique training that creates an opportunity for us all to self-reflect and have an open honest conversations about race. This training has been delivered to many sectors; NHS, Construction, Housing, Education and Charities.

Part 2              Thursday 28^th Jan     9.30 – 12.30

The unique workshops promises to be a powerful and rewarding experience that will help equip you to make your organisation a better, more inclusive place to work and as a result achieve better outcomes for our service users. This is not a workshop for white people, black people or any other background or heritage, it is for everyone to start thinking through their relationship to difference and experience other perspectives.

We will be:

• working through our lived experiences and relationships to difference
• enhancing our awareness and broadening perspectives and
• exploring approaches that will engender change in practice
