From our Impact project, we found that it's really hard for Bexley charities and community groups to understand, measure, and share how they're changing the borough without strong digital skills.
It's our job at BVSC to help support the borough to gain these vital skills so we've designed this event to be an intro to Digital, taking a look at two areas that cause the most confusion: Social Media and Data.
Faye Ridmap from Peabody's communications team will be helping us demystify the world of Social Media and show us what it can accomplish on a shoestring budget.
Superhighway's will be breaking down what Data can do for us and how it can help us shape our services. Absolutely vital learning for those of us looking to become more efficient to keep our costs low.
We'll be including workshops so you can go away with practical ideas you can apply to your organisation- rather than just a load of slides to refer to!
Who is this event for? Anyone who feels overwhelmed at the thought of having to engage with digital. We're aiming this at beginners but if you need a refresher it's perfect for you too.
