How to be a leader with influence

Registration is closed for this event
Would you like to have more influence as a leader? Come along to this two-part training to explore how to inspire, encourage and persuade others using your own unique leadership style. Be prepared for a lively, interactive training with a focus on the practical rather than theory.

This is part 1 of a 2 part workshop. Please be aware you will need to attend both sessions.

Workshop Part 1: Know yourself

Great leadership starts with knowing the unique contribution only you make as a leader, so you can use your qualities, attributes and skills to their greatest effect. In this workshop we will discover what makes you you and how you can grow and develop, through a set of engaging practical exercises.

Workshop Part 2: Influence others 27/02/2020

Workshop 1 is a pre-requisite for this workshop in which we will learn about the different elements in powerful influencing, both inside and outside your organisation. There will be opportunities to practice key skills.
