To be able to use Microsoft's Excel to monitor your outcomes will benefit you to better evidence the value of the service you provide. Team this level of evaluation with using Case Studies and you will be able to effectively use your data.
This course is one of the six modules for BVSC's City Bridge Trust funded Impact in Action project. Delivered by Superhighways, this session will provide attendees with skills they need to use Microsoft's Excel to measure and evalute and to create Case Studies that provide real life examples of the service they provide.
Please note: Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop or iPad/Tablet to this session to participate in using some of the technology covered.
