This course is one of the six modules for BVSC's City Bridge Trust funded Impact in Action project. The session will provide attendees with a basic introduction into some of the key communication tools required for the course. It will also prepare attendees to lead the necessary change in their organisation and will share time management techniques that will help make this manageable.
Please note: Attendees are encouraged to bring their laptop or iPad/Tablet to this session to participate in using some of the technology covered.
