Delivery method:
This is a participative workshop, with a particular emphasis on placing the attendees in the shoes of their volunteers.
Learning outcomes:
Participants will:
- Understand the unique nature of volunteering and what this means for volunteer involvement
- Be able to draft development plans for volunteers
- Appreciate the importance of space for individual and collective feedback
- Develop confidence when dealing with problems
