This is an essential course for all managers that are leading their team remotely. This 2-hour online session is suitable for those who manage teams that are working from home.  You will learn tips and best practice on continuing to build relationships with your team, how/when to step back and how to build trust between you and your team.  Learn practical solutions to overcome challenges eg not being co-located, and the importance of trust to accelerate accountability, efficiencies and productivity in these challenging times.
