Maximising your influence and impact (Communication and Influencing skills)

This course is suitable for individuals and organisations that want to understand how to get their point across persuasively. It is for those who want to (i) learn about the principles of influence and (ii) apply and communicate these principles in practice, in order to develop and grow.

In today’s quick thinking society, it is not enough to reply and respond we need to communicate creatively with influence, and, be able to have persuasive for impact.

This interactive training day focuses on the key skills that will help your organisation become more effective at influencing and persuading.

It will show you how to enhance your influencing skills and provide you with practical tips that will improve your communication. Don’t just respond to people, don’t just reply to tenders or funding applications; influence people, and persuade them with how your creative ideas impact your community.

Delivery method:

This interactive training uses a variety of high-energy methods to keep you stimulated including mini-role plays, group discussions, animations and plenty of activities where you get the opportunity to practice these skills.

Learning outcomes:

By the end of this training you will be able to:

  • Define what influence is
  • List two features that will allow you to communicate your own message in a unique way
  • Identify three factors that can help you to be more persuasive
  • Evaluate which action steps you can put in place after the training to grow purposefully

We request that all payment is received 5 days prior to the course.  For a full refund please advise us 10 days prior to the course. If you are unable to attend you are able to identify a replacement delegate, please also advise us of any change in delegate.
