A Theory of Change is a process as much as it is a product. This course will give participants the tools to develop their own theory of change including assumptions and enabling factors.

This course is one of the sessions for BVSC's City Bridge Trust funded Impact in Action project. Delivered by the FSI, this course will provide a range of tools and best practice advice to ensure you can effectively measure and demonstrate the difference you make to donors, funders and supporters. At the end of this course, participants will be able to:

  • Understand the different approaches and benefits of a theory of change approach
  • Develop their organisational Theory of Change including assumptions and enabling factors
  • Consider their broader impact from the perspective of different stakeholder groups

All participants who attend this course will be able to access further support from the Impact in Action project to help fine tune their skills and put their training into action.

Cost:

Free. This training is only available to not-for-profit groups based in the Borough of Bexley.
