Following Impact and Outcomes, how do we actually map what we need to do? By coming to this webinar. We'll talk about how to understand if your day to day activities are achieving your main aim and how this relates to your wider Impact journey. Grab a coffee, chuck on some headphones, and tune in!

You might have heard the phrase Theory of Change before, and thought to yourself "wow, that sounds vague and unappealing"- but worry not! It's actually a really great way of laying out your strategy and, if done right, can act as a North Star for your team, reminding everyone why they do what they do.

Who is this training for?

Anyone that might be invovled in managing either the organisation as a whole or a project. Lots of transferrable skills here!

There will be a short opportunity to ask questions directly to the trainer so come armed with your biggest queries!

How to access the webinar:

1. Register with BVSC

2. Both one week and one day before the webinar, you'll be sent a link to register that you're definitely coming. This will be on Zoom- the program we're using to host the webinar.

3. On the morning of the event, you'll recieve an email with a link to the webinar. Click it and you're in! Remember you might need either headphones or a quiet room to listen to the webinar.
