Solace are seeking someone with strong leadership skills with a commitment to keeping survivors at the centre of service delivery whilst also delivering on service targets. You will have a passion for ending male violence against women and girls (MVAWG) as well as a thorough understanding of MVAWG and experience of refuge service provision and resettlement pathways.
