Crossroads Care South East London is a specialist voluntary organisation providing a range of support services to carers and the people they care for, residing within the Boroughs of Bexley, Greenwich and Lewisham and surrounding areas.
This new role will support the organisation to continue to deliver safe, effective, well-led care, with quality assurance at the core of our service delivery.
You will undertake client assessments and reviews in a community based setting including supervisory support to a small caseload of care staff.
Do you have?
- A minimum level 3 NVQ/QCF or equivalent qualification in Adult Social Care
- Previous experience of working within the Health and Social Care Sector
- Knowledge of the Care Act
- Previous experience in a supervisory role
- Knowledge of legislation for the provision of Domiciliary Care and Regulated Activities
- A genuine desire to make a positive difference to people’s lives.
- A valid driving licence
Your role will require you to provide high quality assessments/reviews to existing and new clients through:
- Detailed support/care plans that are person centred in aspects of daily life
- Empowering people to manage their condition and remain as independent as possible
